Our Initiatives

Sodexo works hard to reduce its overall negative environmental impact by promoting sustainable practices. Here at Keiser University, we strive to bring you sustainable local food, cut down on food waste, and reduce our consumption of water and elecricity.

Reusable Cup

58 billion paper cups are thrown away each year; most of which are non-compostable. By using reusable cups in our dining facilities, we're decreasing our waste and minimizing our carbon footprint.

Trayless

Trayless dining saves thousands of gallons of water every day as well as reduces chemical and electrical usage. Trayless dining also encourages clients to exercise portion control and reduce food waste.
